The form must be submitted to the Danish AIB not later than 8 days after the occurence.

| ATIR FORM | Report form for Air Traffic Incidents.
After landing a completed ATIR-form must be submitted by quickest available means to the Danish AIB or to the ATS reporting office at the aerodrome where the first landing was made after the incidents.
